Support Ticket

In this page you can see the support ticket list in table. In the table every row has a Chat button, if you click this button then you can see a messaging interface. Also you can see on the top right corner two buttons: Recent Ticket Chats and Create Support Ticket. If you click on the Create Support Ticket button then a modal form will appear to create a support ticket.

You can open a ticket for any user on this page. The table shows User, Subject, Priority (High/Medium/Low), Date, Status (Open/Closed), and Action.

The modal contains Subject, Select User, Select Priority, and Message fields. Click Save to create the ticket.

Chat

In this page you will see the recent tickets list on the left and chat history on the right. You can send a message on an open ticket with attachment. You can close any ticket by clicking Close button on top right corner. Check Mark as Resolved after reply to automatically close the ticket after sending your reply.
